His Experience with Max - Max just spent 3 weeks with my son, Ryan, watching games and team training. Each day, Max would develop a private training session designed to bring out the best in him. Over a three week period, Max took Ryan to another level with respect to how he plays and how he approaches the game. Ryan's technique improved through a series of exercises or repetitive movements Max utilizes. Ryan's tactical awareness, both individually and from a team perspective, increased tremendously.
Max has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he draws from when working with his players. A very hard working guy, you can expect Max to deliver exactly what he promises. He is respectful, and develops special and professional relationships with his players. He takes the time and covers the most important details that almost always get passed over by other coaches. The intensity at which he trains his players is much more like game conditions. Max doesn't leave his players game to chance. He is very strict with the fundamentals, and shows players how to be successful under pressure. He teaches and coaches players not only how to manage the ball, but also how to handle themselves at full speed. Players know if they are in Max's care, he will make sure they are prepared and ready for competition.
There are a lot of good soccer people out there, but there is only one Max. Ryan has worked with Max for about a year now, and always wants more.
